Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and product benefits
- Monitor and stay current with emerging beauty products, trends, and techniques to provide relevant advice
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
