Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients to empower their beauty journeys
- Stay current with evolving beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant, timely advice
- Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators while maintaining Sephora's service standards
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment
