Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and innovations
- Monitor beauty trends and stay current with new products to provide relevant, trend-forward advice
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Support store merchandising, inventory management, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment

Qualifications
