Sephora Beauty Advisor in Bangkok, Thailand – Full-time retail role delivering customer consultation, sales, and store operations support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer consultation and beauty services, including makeup application and product recommendations tailored to individual customer needs
  • Welcome and greet customers with professional grooming and attire, establishing rapport and understanding their beauty requirements comprehensively
  • Execute Link, Up, and Cross-sell techniques to enhance basket size while ensuring product recommendations align with customer preferences and needs
  • Maintain awareness of daily and monthly sales targets and retail KPIs, consistently delivering against store performance objectives
  • Set up, maintain, and monitor merchandising presentations and gondola displays within assigned zones, ensuring timely replenishment and visual standards
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene regulations and protocols when delivering beauty services and product trials in-store
  • Operate cashier functions following certification training, processing customer transactions accurately while maintaining CRM policy compliance
  • Support inventory management through product receiving, stock rotation using FIFO methodology, and accurate recording of soon-to-expire merchandise
  • Participate in ongoing training through Sephora University and brand-specific sessions, sharing acquired knowledge and best practices with team members
  • Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness while protecting company assets and ensuring product safety and security

Qualifications

  • Thai nationality required
  • Minimum secondary school education
  • Service-oriented mindset and genuine passion for customer experience
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience in retail or beauty advisory roles is advantageous
