Sephora Beauty Advisor position in Auckland, New Zealand—part-time retail role focused on customer experience and beauty expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create welcoming, inclusive customer experiences by actively listening to individual beauty needs and preferences
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of iconic beauty brands, skincare, makeup, and fragrance offerings
- Guide customers through the CRM program benefits and facilitate membership enrollment
- Maintain store appearance, visual displays, and product stocking standards
- Support store sales targets and contribute to special promotions, events, and seasonal initiatives
- Participate in training sessions and cross-training opportunities to expand beauty expertise
- Share knowledge with team members and foster collaborative learning within the Beauty Advisor community
- Respond adaptively to shifting store priorities and customer demands throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or beauty sales experience
- Demonstrable passion for beauty trends, products, and lifestyle inspiration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with genuine people orientation
- Reliable attendance and professional commitment to shift consistency
- Ability to work flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and extended hours as required
