Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and applications
  • Maintain awareness of emerging beauty products and industry trends to inform client conversations and drive relevance
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators set by management
  • Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and maintenance of a clean and organized retail environment
  • Foster an inclusive team environment and promote a culture of openness and empowerment
  • Uphold Sephora operational standards and policies to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping experience
  • Accommodate flexible scheduling including evening, weekend, and holiday availability
