Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to maintain relevance and drive repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client follow-up.
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising and housekeeping to ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
- Promote an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and upholding Sephora’s service and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a track record of excellent customer service.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, product trends and client empowerment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Reliable availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and maintain stamina for retail shifts.

Education
