Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and applications
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, products, and innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Maintain inventory accuracy, execute merchandising standards, and ensure a clean, welcoming store environment

Experience
