Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's beauty needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
- Support sales objectives by driving conversion, meeting KPIs and contributing to team targets.
- Maintain merchandise standards, assist with inventory management and ensure the store environment is clean, organised and welcoming.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative atmosphere and uphold Sephora's policies, safety and client service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience demonstrating strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with a desire to learn and share expertise.

- Ability to meet scheduling requirements including nights, weekends and holidays, and to maintain punctual attendance.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending and merchandising tasks.
