Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and skincare routines
- Stay informed of current beauty trends, new product launches, and industry innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators established by management
- Maintain inventory accuracy, execute merchandising standards, and ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming
