The Beauty Advisor welcomes, advises and builds loyalty with customers, tailoring service to their needs while developing product and perfumery and cosmetics market knowledge. This part-time temporary role is based at ECI San José de Valderas in Alcorcón.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, advise them and build customer loyalty.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by understanding customers’ needs and responding to them.
- Develop knowledge of products and the perfumery and cosmetics market.
Qualifications
- Residence in the province where the position is based.
- At least 1 year of experience in the beauty sector.
- A clear customer-service orientation and experience dealing with customers.
- Passion for the beauty industry.
- A high level of English or other languages is an asset.
