Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Educate and empower clients through expertise in beauty products, techniques, and trends
- Monitor beauty trends, new products, and techniques to provide timely and relevant advice that drives customer loyalty
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while maintaining service excellence
- Maintain store appearance, stock organization, and merchandising standards to create an inviting retail environment
- Demonstrate reliability and flexibility with scheduling during peak retail periods including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships in a retail environment
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends, and self-confidence in product knowledge
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
