Beauty Advisor position at Sephora Canada, Toronto (Eaton Centre). Flexible part-time, CAD $18.20–$21.40/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients throughout their beauty journey
- Stay current with emerging beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance by exceeding established targets and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising initiatives, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Promote an inclusive and collaborative team culture where all employees feel empowered and valued
- Uphold Sephora Canada's service standards and policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-focused service experience with demonstrated excellence
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current beauty trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Team player with collaborative mindset and goal-oriented work ethic
- Quick learner capable of absorbing and communicating complex product knowledge
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly

Experience
