Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and educate clients to empower them in their beauty journeys
- Monitor and stay abreast of emerging beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to provide current and relevant advice
- Achieve and exceed established sales goals and key performance indicators through effective client engagement
- Support inventory management, merchandising activities, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture where all team members feel valued and empowered
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards and policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable customer experience
Qualifications
- Prior experience delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
