Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Educate and empower clients by demonstrating product expertise and sharing knowledge of beauty products, techniques, and trends
- Maintain awareness of emerging beauty products and market trends to provide relevant and current advice
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through client engagement and targeted recommendations
- Support store operations by managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring a clean, organized shopping environment

Qualifications
