Sephora is hiring two Beauty Advisors in Zürich Bahnhofstrasse for temporary, part-time roles at 40–60%, from 1 November through December 2026. They advise customers across beauty departments, provide brief services, maintain product presentation and stock, and share product and trend knowledge.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively support and advise customers across all departments, including make-up, skincare, haircare and fragrance.
- Share knowledge of products, trends and news from the beauty world.
- Provide brief services across all departments.
- Ensure product presentation meets visual merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Manage stock and replenish merchandise in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or an interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or hospitality sectors.
- Initial experience in retail, customer advice and customer service.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and its trends.
- Fluent English or native-level proficiency in the local language.
