Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and operate the Benefit Brow Bar counter within the Sephora location
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management
- Perform eyebrow and lip waxing services using professional techniques (wax and tweezers)
- Demonstrate product efficacy and facilitate client consultations
- Actively engage in store presentation and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with store management on sales performance and target achievement
- Represent Benefit brand values through enthusiasm, authenticity, and customer-centric service
Qualifications
- Certification or diploma in cosmetology or beauty
- Strong interpersonal skills and natural rapport-building ability
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to deliver personalized service
- Fluency in German (working language); English or French beneficial
