Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active consultation and product recommendations across makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance categories
- Deliver product services including demonstrations and consultations across all beauty departments
- Communicate product knowledge, beauty trends, and new arrivals to customers
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation according to brand guidelines
- Ensure sales floor is fully stocked and products are prepared for sale
- Execute inventory management and replenishment of stock in both storage and sales areas
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with clientele
Qualifications
- Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sectors, or demonstrated interest in these fields
- Foundational retail experience with customer consultation and service expertise
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
