Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active consultation and support to customers across all beauty departments including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance
- Communicate product knowledge, beauty trends, and new launches to clients
- Execute beauty services and demonstrations across product categories
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure proper product presentation according to brand guidelines
- Keep sales floor fully stocked with products and prepare merchandise for sale
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and warehouse organization
Qualifications
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sectors, or demonstrated interest in these fields
- Foundational retail experience with customer consultation and service orientation
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach
- Solid knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends
- Fluent English or native fluency in the country language
