Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, expert customer advice and consultations across make‑up, skincare, haircare and fragrance categories.
- Deliver short in‑store services and demonstrations to support product discovery and sales.
- Share up‑to‑date product knowledge and beauty trend insights with clients and colleagues.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintain shopfloor presentation according to brand guidelines.
- Keep the sales floor fully replenished: prepare products for sale and manage stock between back‑room and shopfloor.
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or demonstrable interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or hospitality sectors.
- Initial retail or customer‑facing experience preferred; confident in advisory selling.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with customers.
- Good knowledge of beauty categories and current trends.
- Fluent English and proficiency in the local language (German) or native command of the local language.

Entry‑level: some prior retail or customer‑facing experience is desirable; enthusiasm and demonstrable interest in beauty products and trends are accepted for candidates at the beginner level.
Education
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent. Vocational training or certifications in beauty, cosmetics or retail are a plus.
