Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and consultation to customers across all departments, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
- Disseminate knowledge of products, trends, and innovations within the beauty industry.
- Perform brief services across various departments.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
- Manage inventory and stock both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality industries.
- Initial experience in retail, customer consultation, and client interaction.
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level experience in retail or customer service environments is required.
