Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and expert advice to customers across all departments, including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
- Disseminate knowledge about products, trends, and innovations within the beauty sector.
- Perform short services in all departments to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment in both the warehouse and sales floor.
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality industries.
- Initial experience in retail, customer service, and client interaction.
- Fluent in English or the local language.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a related field.
