Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and expert advice to customers across all departments including makeup, skincare, haircare, and fragrance.
- Share knowledge about products, trends, and innovations within the beauty industry.
- Perform brief services in all departments to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
- Manage inventory and stock both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality industries.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, including customer service and advisory roles.
