Sephora is seeking a Beauty Advisor for a temporary position at 50%, starting 1 December 2026, in Zug. The role covers customer advice and short services across beauty departments, product presentation, and stock replenishment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively support and advise customers across all departments: makeup, skincare, haircare and fragrance.
- Share knowledge of products, trends and developments in the beauty industry.
- Provide short services across all departments.
- Ensure product presentation follows visual merchandising guidelines.
- Keep the sales floor fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
- Manage and replenish stock in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Comparable experience or an interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or food service.
- Initial experience in retail, customer advice and customer interaction.
- Excellent communication skills when interacting with customers.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry and trends.
- Fluent English or the country's local language as a native speaker.
