Beauty Advisor position at Sephora Zug, Switzerland – part-time permanent role in selective distribution beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active support and consultation to customers across all beauty departments (makeup, skincare, fragrance)
- Share product knowledge, beauty trends, and innovations with customers
- Deliver beauty services across departments as required
- Ensure product presentation meets visual merchandising standards
- Maintain fully stocked sales floors and prepare products for sale
- Manage inventory replenishment in warehouse and retail areas
- Uphold Sephora's standards of customer service and brand representation
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience or demonstrated interest in beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or hospitality sectors
- Entry-level or proven customer-facing and advisory experience
