Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards regarding appearance and uniform, offering expert advice to customers in selecting suitable products.
- Participate in and complete foundational training and examinations at Sephora University, as well as various brand and regional training sessions, to gain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Perform cashier duties following established procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
