Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform requirements, offering consultation and product selection advice to customers.
- Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Manage designated areas by preparing product displays and maintaining cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
