Sephora Zagreb is hiring a Beauty Advisor to deliver personalised beauty consultations and drive in-store sales — full-time, permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Promote Sephora products and brand values enthusiastically and professionally to drive sales growth
- Use a proactive, results-oriented approach to contribute to store sales targets and conversion
- Maintain a clean, organised and inviting salesfloor to enhance the client experience and support colleagues
- Participate actively in training, product education and store activities to expand product knowledge and technical skills
- Foster a positive team atmosphere based on collaboration, respect and shared objectives
Qualifications
- Completed undergraduate degree (preddiplomski studij) — required
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
- Positive, proactive attitude with a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred

Entry-level; open to candidates with limited professional experience. Previous retail sales or customer-service experience is an advantage.
Education
Bachelor's degree (undergraduate / preddiplomski studij) — required.
