Sephora seeks a part‑time Beauty Advisor (CDD 40%) in Yverdon‑les‑Bains, Switzerland for June–July 2026. Temporary role advising clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised advice and active sales support to clients across Make‑up, Skincare, Haircare and Fragrance categories.
- Communicate product knowledge, trends and new launches to clients and colleagues.
- Ensure presentation and merchandising of products comply with visual standards and brand guidelines.
- Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, prepare products for presentation and manage storage in the back‑of‑house/warehouse.
- Deliver welcoming, inclusive customer experiences and collaborate with the store team to meet daily operational needs.
Qualifications
- Fluent French; basic English is an asset.
- Previous retail or sales experience, ideally within beauty, cosmetics or fashion.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of beauty products and current industry trends.
- Ability to perform physical stock handling and maintain merchandising standards.

Entry‑level; prior sales experience is desirable, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, retail or fashion.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail or beauty is advantageous.
