Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor (60%) in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland — temporary role starting May 2026 providing client advice across make-up, skin and hair.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide active, consultative client service across Make-up, Skin Care, Hair Care and Fragrance categories to drive conversion and loyalty.
- Share product knowledge, beauty trends and new launches to educate clients and optimise sales opportunities.
- Implement visual merchandising directives to ensure product presentation meets brand standards.
- Maintain adequate stock on the shop floor: receive, store, replenish and prepare merchandise for sale.
- Support back-of-house warehousing tasks and ensure orderly inventory management.
Qualifications
- Prior retail experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics or fashion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Solid familiarity with beauty industry trends and product categories (make-up, skin care, hair care, perfumes).
- Fluent French; basic to intermediate English is an asset.
- Ability to work a part-time schedule (60%) and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
Entry-level; candidates should have at least a first sales experience — ideally within beauty, cosmetics, retail or fashion — though motivated applicants with strong customer-facing skills will be considered.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in cosmetics, retail or customer service is advantageous.
