Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering expert consultation and product selection advice.
- Participate in and complete foundational training and examinations at SEPHORA University, as well as brand and regional training sessions.
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of designated product areas, including shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.
