Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and various brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in the designated area.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining stock balance.
Qualifications
- Passion for the beauty industry with a willingness to embrace challenges.
- Excellent customer service awareness.
- Strong communication and stress management skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.

No specific experience required, but a passion for beauty and customer service is essential.
Workplace
The role is situated in Yibin, Sichuan, China — conveniently close to Chengdu. There are currently 2 open positions in Yibin on Cerulean. Within Sichuan, Cerulean currently features 55 open roles. Across China, Cerulean lists 1.776 open roles — 33 of them newly added.
Compensation
Competitive salary with various sales bonuses and year-end double pay.
