Role & Responsibilities
- Provide customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection advice.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University foundational training and other brand and regional training sessions to gain product knowledge.
- Prepare product displays in designated areas and maintain cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Perform cashier duties following standard operating procedures.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
