Sephora Xiamen is hiring a Beauty Advisor to deliver makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations and support store sales and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations aligned with Sephora’s service standards to maximize customer satisfaction and conversion.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate products and supporting execution of sales initiatives and KPIs.
- Operate the salespoint: process transactions according to cashiering SOPs, correctly apply promotions and adhere to CRM and cash-handling policies to ensure store security.
- Maintain merchandising and visual standards: replenish shelves, execute seasonal and promotional displays and ensure trial-product hygiene in line with Sephora visual guidelines.
- Manage inventory activities including receiving, returns and regular stocktakes; apply FIFO procedures and 5S warehouse practices to minimise shrinkage.
- Participate in required brand and corporate training, share learnings with colleagues and follow the employee development path set by store management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by store management and comply with all company policies and procedures.

- Genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare and the fashion industry.
- Proactive learner with willingness to complete brand and company training programs.
- Positive, customer-oriented communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Team player able to collaborate with store colleagues and report to store management.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures for hygiene, CRM, cashiering and stock handling.
Skills
Experience
No formal years of experience required; suitable for entry-level candidates. Previous retail or beauty-consulting experience is advantageous and will be viewed positively.
