Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform presentation, offering expert advice and product recommendations.
- Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand-specific and in-store training sessions to maintain product knowledge.
- Oversee the management of designated areas, ensuring product displays are prepared and shelves and drawers are kept clean.
- Perform cashier duties following standard operating procedures and cash handling processes.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
