Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering consultation and product selection assistance to customers.
- Participate in and complete foundational training and examinations at Sephora University, as well as various brand and regional training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Prepare and maintain product displays in assigned areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
