Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for appearance and uniform, offering expert advice and product recommendations.
- Participate in and complete foundational training at Sephora University, as well as brand-specific and in-store training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Oversee the management of designated areas, ensuring product displays are prepared and shelves and drawers are kept clean.
- Conduct cashier duties following established procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.
