Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's philosophy.
- Manage sales by adhering to company standards for makeup and uniform, offering consultation and product selection assistance to customers.
- Participate in and complete foundational training and assessments at Sephora University, as well as various brand and regional training sessions.
- Maintain product displays and ensure cleanliness of shelves and drawers in the assigned area.
- Process customer transactions following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining inventory balance.

Workplace

Compensation
Competitive salary with various sales bonuses and a year-end double salary.
