Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and applications
- Monitor and share knowledge of emerging beauty products, trends, and innovations to provide relevant, forward-thinking advice
- Achieve and exceed established sales goals and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising initiatives, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment

Qualifications
