Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and offerings
- Monitor and stay current with emerging beauty products, trends, and market developments to provide relevant, timely advice
- Drive sales performance and work toward exceeding established sales goals and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture and foster a sense of belonging among clientele and team members
