Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on product usage, ingredients and techniques to empower purchase decisions.
  • Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive clienteling and consultative selling.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory tasks, restock product and ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and category developments to provide relevant advice.
  • Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment by collaborating with colleagues and supporting store initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Passion for beauty, cosmetics and skincare with strong interest in product knowledge and trends.
