Sephora Canada in Winnipeg (St Vital) is hiring a Full‑Time Beauty Advisor — hourly CAD 16.80–19.75; deliver personalised beauty consultations and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and perform product demonstrations to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and techniques to inform client advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and maintain a clean, organised and inviting sales floor.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment that reflects Sephora Canada standards and policies.
- Be available for flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and peak holiday periods; ensure punctuality and reliable attendance.
Qualifications
- Prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience demonstrating strong customer service and relationship-building.
- Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment with a dedication to continuous learning.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform duties on the sales floor for sustained periods.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule (30–40 hrs/week) including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail or client-facing experience is preferred and valued but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty-related certification considered an asset.
