Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients to use products effectively.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive selling and client follow-up.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually appealing.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to maintain relevance and credibility with clients.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
  • Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays; meet part‑time minimum weekly hours (15–29 hrs/week).

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience demonstrating strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising diverse client profiles.
  • Team-oriented mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven retail environment.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods during shifts.
