Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
• Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and brand offerings
• Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, new product launches, and industry innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling
• Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture and support fellow advisors in delivering exceptional service
• Uphold Sephora policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
• Demonstrate flexibility and reliability across peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused service environment with a demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
• Demonstrated passion for beauty, cosmetics, trends, and empowering clients in their personal confidence journeys
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
• Team player mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive workplace
• Quick learner capable of rapidly absorbing and retaining product knowledge and sharing expertise with colleagues and clients
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

Skills

Experience

Previous retail or customer-focused hospitality experience is preferred; however, passionate, motivated individuals with a strong interest in beauty and client service are encouraged to apply.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18 to USD 20.50 per hour.
