Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients to build confidence.
- Drive sales and achieve individual KPIs through consultative selling and client follow-up.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory replenishment and ensure a clean, organised, customer-ready environment.
- Keep current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and uphold company policies that ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
- Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holiday periods and meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time roles.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment preferred.
- Passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge with a desire to learn and share expertise.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality and the ability to meet minimum weekly shift/hours for part-time (15–29 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when supporting stock and merchandising tasks.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-service experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service will be valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
