Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and innovations
- Monitor and maintain inventory, merchandising displays, and store cleanliness to ensure a welcoming shopping environment
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through expert client engagement and relationship building
- Stay current with the latest beauty products, trends, and industry developments to provide relevant and timely advice
