Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized in-store beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, product benefits and emerging trends.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through relationship building and conversion.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory tasks and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
- Work collaboratively within the store team to promote an inclusive environment and uphold Sephora’s operational policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing settings.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current industry trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a goal-oriented retail environment.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate customer-service aptitude and the ability to develop client rapport.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.80 to USD 22.90 per hour.
