Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and trends.
  • Drive individual and store sales performance by meeting or exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
  • Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies for a safe shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
