Sephora Beauty Advisor position in Westlake, Ohio—flexible part-time retail role with $18–$20.50/hr hourly pay.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, products, and trends
- Maintain awareness of current beauty innovations and industry trends to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while maintaining excellent customer service
- Support store operations through inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment
