Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet each client's individual needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
- Keep current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, on-trend advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs and contributing to store targets.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
- Contribute to a culture of inclusivity and teamwork by supporting colleagues and promoting an open client experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments.
- Passion for beauty, product innovation and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain product benefits clearly.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative, goal-driven approach.
- Availability to work retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Experience
Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated customer service aptitude and ability to learn product knowledge quickly.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetics, or beauty-related vocational training is a plus.
